The day is especially for coaches and players of all sports and will include fascinating insights, demonstrations and Q&A covering Inner Game principles, history and current thinking. There will be lots of ideas to take home and apply.

  • How does the coach know what is going on in the mind of the player?
  • Games people play in their minds while competing – do they help or interfere?
  • What can you learn from playing your sport besides your sport?
  • How the Inner Game has been applied beyond sports to increase performance, learning and enjoyment while performing.
